1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hjl3 website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the hjl3 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

hjl3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. We will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the hjl3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hjl3 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from the hjl3 Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

hjl3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hjl3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. hjl3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify hjl3 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. hjl3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

hjl3 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by hjl3 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your hjl3 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. hjl3 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. hjl3 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the hjl3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hjl3 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

hjl3 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. hjl3 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent or illegal activity, and to report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hjl3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• hjl3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended;
• hjl3 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hjl3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hjl3 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hjl3 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts;
• hjl3 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface;
• hjl3 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including imposing lower maximum bet limits on specific accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hjl3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hjl3 staff or other players;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hjl3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of hjl3 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hjl3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hjl3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

hjl3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hjl3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. hjl3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

hjl3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support at [email protected];
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you of the time and amount spent during a session.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. hjl3 will also endeavor to remove you from marketing communications during this period.

Players who are 21 years of age or older are the only individuals permitted to use the hjl3 Platform. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

11. Termination

hjl3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the fee schedule).

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hjl3 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to hjl3's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a dispute by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. hjl3 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hjl3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, hjl3 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
